A deep tissue massage aims to relieve tension in the deep layers of your body tissue which can cause adhesions or bunching within

your muscles.

 

You and I will need to communicate openly to determine your tolerance level during the session. It is not unusual to experience minor soreness following a treatment (48 hours or less).

 

I advise you to drink plenty of water before and after the session to aid with the flushing out and removal of toxins.  

Try a deep tissue massage

While similar to a deep tissue massage, a neuromuscular massage focuses more attention on the insertion and origin of your muscles, and it’s an aggressive, pinpoint muscle massage. That means it should

"hurt good."
